How was your experience?
The ballet was well done and the theatre was beautiful. However, the Will Call was an absolute disaster. There were only two windows open and Goldstar and Groupon customers were in a line wrapped around the block. The line moved extremely slowly. We got there about an hour early and it took us almost the entire hour to get through the Will Call line. People were very confused and kept cutting in line because they could not believe they had to wait that long. As we approached the window. the third window opened up. I don't think they had alphabetized the tickets until we reached the window. The venue had very poor organization and it tempered our enjoyment of the ballet. I am not sure if I am willing to back to Akoo again due to their poor management
