How was your experience?
The whole experience overall was "eh." I appreciate the e-mail notification from goldstar informing of the long line for ticket pick up. However, I think they needed to have the tickets available even earlier as several customers were still waiting in a line after the show started causing some of us to miss half hr or more of the show, even after getting to the venue early. Please note that this is a popular event for parents to bring their kids. Beware that you might not be able to enjoy the show as you may be sitting in front, right next to, or behind kids and in my experience they talked through the whole show! Others cried, got bored, hungry, threw tantrums. I like kids but oh boy were they annoying during the show. Parents please talk to your kids prior to bringing them to a ballet or any other show as to how to behave during the performance. Please. Honestly, I would like a full refund or at the minimum replacement tickets for a different show. This was an anniversary gift to my significant other and the whole experience was not pleasant. The show itself seemed good, but a combination of not being able to enter the venue on time and the kids talking through the whole show just ruined our celebration.
