How was your experience?
This was an intersting piece about race relations in regards to desegregation of neighborhoods as seen in the fifties and the OOs. It was overly dramatic with some of the female characters in the fifties being charactures and not well drawn out. The acting in the set piece seemed overly stiff therefore. The issues touched made some in the audience uncomfortable but the author does claim to be a provocateur. I do not see this as a Pulitizer winning play, and am surprised that it did win it last year. The Broadway version won a Tony, but the San Diego version, while worth seeing, would not
