How was your experience?
I was disappointed with Goldstar and this process. It says when you purchase tickets as a group you can share a link and your group will be seated together. When we got to the venue our seats were on opposite sides of the arena. Luckily the ticket office was able to accommodate us and change our tickets so that we could be seated as a group. As far as the venue goes it was what I expected and nothing less. I had a great time, the seats werent the best but they were in the area that I paid for so next time I will sit in 100 level seats. Although the venue was able to accommodate us they gave us tickets to seats that did not exist. The "usher" lady told us to sit anywhere which was odd. When we found seats we realized we were sitting in someone else's seats so we had to move. Too much confusion. If Goldstar had grouped us together we would not have had this confusion.
