How was your experience?
I'd say it was the most digestible history of Ireland I've ever been graced with from the stage -- such hilarity and high jinks surrounding exquisite recitals of the grim facts. The energy link was palpable among the six performers, 3 guys and 3 gals, themselves with their keyboard and fiddle and flute, and that drummable thing called (I think) a bodhrun. They gave grand voice to song after song (especially the guy who regularly committed intentional acts of buffoonery, he was spectacular; I'd never heard Danny Boy like that before) -- but in fact they were all great: their dances together and solo steppings, their naturally staged interactions, every moment of them was energy well spent. My accolades well exceed the space I give them.
