How was your experience?
I did enjoy much of this solo play, however I was quite disappointed that the only African American character in the diverse group of characters was obese, mean-spirited (at least not for the entire play), had no teeth, poor grammar, and was a drug-addict who didn't take care of herself. It was such a cliched stereotype that contributes to the ongoing negative view of African Americans.
