How was your experience?
We went last night, only knowing that it was Alan Cumming's and Macbeth. It was only when we sat in our seats, looked through the Playbill, and saw only three actors that we realized that it was not a traditional performance. It amounts to a one man show with Cummings saying many people's lines, including the 3 witches, in a very well done scene with thre TV sets, a gimmick which is used very successfully throughout the play. He gives a masterful performance, but the only reason I did not give it a 5 star is that I still miss an entire ensemble cast. My wife disagrees.
