How was your experience?
Best show in town? Really? When was that show suppose to start?? I am a local and The Strip is where I usually spend my time/money/attend shows. This was the first time I have ever been to a show downtown. The reviews in Goldstar gave this glowing praise, so I bought 3 VIP tickets and invited out of town guests to this show. I expected a show on the level as interactive shows on the Strip. Not so. There was no organization, plenty of chaos, overacting by "Sal", and this was just standing in the alcove waiting for the doors to open! Those of us who unknowingly stood in wrong line were not acknowledged at all during "Sal's" clowning around with the crowd and had no clue we were in the wrong line and didn't receive meal cards. First take care of business, then proceed to the clowning because "Sal" can't do both. This play was amateurish and overacted by the actors. Didn't like the idea of salads already on the table by the time we finally got into the showroom, nor having dinner served 20-30 minutes after the salad and bathroom break. Raunchy jokes done badly are offensive and that is just what these jokes were. We were so frustrated by the entire experience, we left at the bathroom break and didn't return. This is the first time I have ever walked out on a show. You have only one shot to impress and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this production. After two weeks, I am still angry and bewildered at the entire experience.
