How was your experience?
Terrible experience because of Goldstar! Our group contacted Goldstar and After Work Cruises days before the event because we knew the weather forecast was bad the day of our upcoming cruise. We were told we'd receive a full refund if the cruise was canceled or we could reschedule to another day if the event was not canceled. We contacted Goldstar again the day of the cruise and they didn't respond until 30min before boarding time to let us know the cruise was not canceled. Many people in our group were coming from outside the city so it was too late by then and only now, after our date has passed, have we been informed that there is a fee to reschedule your date if you do not attend your original cruise.
