How was your experience?
I think if we were told in advance that because tickets purchased through Goldstar are at a discounted price; therefore, don't expect getting the same level of services and choice of seating as other customers , we would've understood and make an informed decision. In this case, even though it was a buffet style brunch, we didn't even get our water refilled! The two female servers walked pass our table numerous times as if we didn't exist! Which, made us feel like second-class citizens. However, the Captain was super nice, and the rest of the crew was courteous.
