How was your experience?
The singers were great of course. The door was suppose to open at 6:00 and they did not open at 6:00 we came from 30 miles away and my husband has bad knees and was very difficult for him to stand for even half an hour. We had balcony seats, we asked the ushers to seat us, then a man dressed in black told the usher no one was sitting in the balcony, so they sat us way in the right corner in the mezzanine area. Later we heard it was open seating. As more peope were coming in there was a LOT of CONFUSION, some people were upset because their seats were taken. A lot of confusion and very, very noisy. Seven o'clock came and went, the show has not started, 7:15 NOTHING. Anyway the program started very, very late. I did not appreciate a middle age woman sitting in front of us kept staring at us, turning around and staring as if we were from another planet. Maybe because it seemed as if we were the only Latinos there other than Placido Domingo. Another point the bathrooms were very clean.
