How was your experience?
"It was OK" is truly the best way to describe the show. I've been a fan since high school (20+ years) and actually do my best to sing like Ian (when in the shower). Unfortunately, Ian let us all down. He wasn't hitting notes that he should have (and could have because he did hit them in other places when he shouldn't have). His timing was off. He kept telling the audience to "work" because we were all so mellow due to his "off" performance. He would bark (for lack of a better term) periodically during songs which was just horrible. Billy Duffy and John Tempesta killed it. They actually looked like they were having fun. The rhythm section (other guitar and bass) were uninspired. My buddy I went with put it this way, "well, they tried." That actually describes it better than, "It was OK." If you're in it for the music, check it out. Just know that the singing ain't gonna cut it.
