How was your experience?
There were some good surprises this night and some that were not so good. The evening was curated and presented as a tribute to John Goldman. Although Mr Goldman is a great friend of the synphony, his ecelectic taste in music is not to everyone's taste. I was expecting more symphonic and less Broadway. Still, the special appearence by Kenny Loggins was a nice surprise and the final number, Roll Over Beethoven, was a musical treasure. Overall a good night, but not great.
