How was your experience?
We brought our godkids to see their first circus and chose Circus Vargas because it's animal-free. We all had a really nice time (I just get a kick out of circus performers acting "circusy"). Some of the acts were more thrilling than others, but the aggregate effect was certainly an evening at the circus. My criticism (but it's a fairly large one) is not so much the amount of time dedicated to clowning, but the quality of that time. I get that clowning covers set changes and probably saves a bundle on supporting another multi-generational family act, but Circus Vargas could have really used that act (or a couple of those acts) and far less unimaginative, time-consuming clowning. Advice; invest in more acts and cut down the clown time (or hire a much better clown). Believe it or not, based on the discounted price, I would still recommend it.
