How was your experience?
While Richie Sambora was definitely missed, Jon and the rest of the group always put on a fantastic show. My only complaint is with the venue. I'm not a fan of concerts at Soldier Field. While the weather was fantastic this time, the last two times I saw Bon Jovi there, it rained. Also, parking is EXTREMELY expensive and most inconvenient. I know this is the fault of the City of Chicago & not the band, but when you shell out big bucks for a concert ticket, the last thing you want to do is add an extra $50 on top of that to park and have to walk a mile to and from the arena. This year, the timing was also bad because the Taste of Chicago was also going on and traffic before and after the concert was a complete NIGHTMARE! I'm a Bon Jovi superfan, so I will see them regardless of where they are performing, but I wish they'd go back to using venues like the United Center or Allstate Arena.
