How was your experience?
It was fascinating to hear Chef Keller's memories of how his career was nurtured by the 3-star restaurant 'family', and his growing up years in Alsace, living over his family's patisserie. I enjoyed learning about his innovations in the French restaurant business after he took over Fleur de Lys. I gazed at his wonderful book of memories and recipes: Souvenirs....but couldn't afford to buy! The audience seemed like an interesting crowd and I wished there were more opportunities to mingle.
