How was your experience?
The Boomerang Effect was an excellent small production in all regards. The Zephyr Theatre is a very nice venue. The seating is open, but since there is not a bad seat in the house (3 rows of stadium seating), it's not that important to arrive early. The casting was impressive and the acting was very-good-to-execellent and fairly even across a large cast for a small play. The production was "just right" in terms of staging, lighting and timing, and included a fun music track that used waht sounded like the tune "Love is Strange," appropriately between vignettes. Each vignette worked on its own and connected just sufficiently to provide the necessary narrative glue. As skeptical right coast transplants, we were delighted with the quality of this enjoyable left coast performance.
