How was your experience?

Clear I hated it I didn't like it It was OK I liked it I loved it!
This was a great deal and I took friends out to see Blake Island and have a nice salmon dinner. The boat ride out takes about 45 minutes on calm waters. The most wave action we had to deal with was from passing boats/ferries at the dock. When you get off the boat and onto the island you are greeted with tribal members in full regalia and a cup of steamed clams. The buffet dinner was great with fire pit cooked salmon, beef stew, greens salad, blanched green beans with beans, fruit salad, wild rice, brown bread, and an apple dessert. There is a running narration on the boat to and from the island pointing out areas of interest and it's history. The native American dancing was great intermixed with video projections telling various old stories. There is liquor available for an extra charge on the boat and in the dinner longhouse. Expect to spend at least four hours on this trip. You do get about 45 minutes to explore the island before getting back on the boat and heading back to Seattle and Pier 54.

Help others enjoy a great night out
