How was your experience?
When I got to the theater to get our tickets the man helping the lady at the will call was very dismissive when he heard we got our tickets through Goldstar. I did not think much about it until we go to sit down in our "Door" seats 3 & 4 and I not only do we see we are in temporary seats to the side of the stage but we aren't even sitting next to each other cause they had sat someone else in one of our seats. So what was suppose to be a wonderful date night with my husband ended up very uncomfortable. The play would have been very fun and enjoyable IF we could of seen what the rest of the theater was laughing at. We loved the music and at least that was not taken away from us enjoying it. I have a disability and sitting in those chairs have cost me sleep and I will not be able to go do what I had planned for today due to the back and leg pain I am having. I am so disappointed and even a little angry since there were seats that there were empty that we could of been moved to. I want Goldstar to know that when we buy tickets through them we are not given regular seats and do not get full view of the stage.
