How was your experience?
I was treating my little sister and our friend to brunch for our friend's birthday. The cruise was originally scheduled for 11 am on Sunday, 8/17. We showed up at 10:20 am, ready to board and excited about having brunch on the water. No ship in sight. At 11 a.m. I called the number on my confirmation email, only to be told that the cruise had been moved up to 10 am. I had not received any notice about the change. Everything I printed out said arrive by 10:30 am to board. We were three extremely disappointed people. Waterways did agree to refund my money.
