How was your experience?
It wasn't what I expected, at all. The sushi course lasted for 10 minutes. We were not allowed to eat what we prepared since the ingredients couldn't be kept fresh on the cruise. The sushi we were offered was more tasteless and cold than the sushi you could get from Stop&Shop. It was 6 pieces of California roll... Don't expect to fill your empty stomach with yummy pieces of sushi. That was a huge disappointment. The ingredients for sushi prep and the sushi we ate were low quality. I don't recommend it to anyone unless it is free. And, the cruise was being used for another 2 parties. Other people in the boat could take the same class for free. The Chef was a nice man. If you want sushi class, go to Sea To You suchi class in Brookline. Going to cruise for a sushi class sounds like a fun idea, but you won't get what you expect.
