How was your experience?
The concert itself was great. This was the one time I've had a minorly challenging experience at the venue as a Goldstar user. After purchasing my "tickets" I received a purchase confirmation email and an update on seating sections, but no other information (in the past, I've received an additional email from Goldstar to print my own tickets at home). I took a copy of my purchase confirmation to the box office with my ID and the card I used for the purchase and the person working there was rather rude about the fact that I hadn't printed my tickets at home. I'm not sure if this was a one-time fluke (I've used Goldstar before and it's been super clear in the past, as recent as a month ago); it certainly wasn't pleasant to be snarked at by the venue representative for not receiving clear instructions about ticket printing. Every other person working at the venue was lovely.
