How was your experience?
I have always loved Cirque Du Soleil performances, including this one too. But it did not earn my 5-star rating. Comparing to other Cirque shows I have seen, this has lower quality: added "fillers"--empty stage with more than 45 seconds of just music intro to the next act and; extra clown acts that were unnecessary--such as the fishing boat act ((hitting the ping-pong ball with the pots, great, but did not need all the fishing & boating intro)) and the over exacerbated ball juggler; not to mention the tango scene--not sure what was the purpose of the female performer besides standing there and handover a rose--where as all Cirque shows every person on stage has a purpose and act but this one was. lack-of. I read other reviews saying that the direction was not clear on map, for me the Grand Chapiteau was easy to locate--once you are traveling on Harbor Blvd., drive pass the Iowa display, you can see the lights and tops of the Grand chapiteau in a distance--so follow the lights (& other cars heading to the direction). One last thing: DO NOT GET THE POp-CORN. It's HORRIBLE! It's pre-poped don't know how long ago, and filled WITH 10000% DAILY INTAKE OF SALT & BUTTER. I threw my whole bucket away after taking a few bites. So, don't waste your $$, save it for the parking!
