How was your experience?
The location was beautiful. Everything else about the event was horrible. We got there at 7pm, when the event started but apparently you should've been there much earlier. *Their parking lot was being used by the vendor so the public were directed to park at the church and get shuttled in. We saw the shuttles drive by with people packed like sardines so instead we parked on the side of the road across from Cook's Corner and walked forever in the dark on the dirt road. It was quite dangerous in retrospect. *Once arriving there, there was a long line to get inside. *Once inside, there were long lines for every station. *If you got food or beverage, it was a tiny portion, or tasted awful. To be fair, we only made it to about 6 tastes and 3 drinks so I can't generalize that they were all bad. *There weren't enough trash cans so people were dumping their plates on anything that resembled a ledge. *Did I mention how unbelievably crowded it was? I think it was worse than WalMart the day after Thanksgiving!!! *I don't think it should've been cocktail attire. I didn't put on heels to walk around in dirt, having to dodge people every second I was there. It was exhausting!
