How was your experience?
We purchased our four tickets 30 days in advance, yet our balcony seats were in nearly the very last row that was occupied. There were empty balcony seats closer than we were. We had a poor view. This was very embarrassing to me, as I was the event organizer, hosting 8 people in all (the others bought their tickets separately). I am a repeat customer, and would like to know if this glitch is a function of Goldstar or of the Balboa Theater? Thank you.
