How was your experience?
Easily the greatest score of the past twenty years. Unfortunately, the new licensed version features scaled down orchestrations that prevent the audience from hearing many of the musical complexities Jason Robert Brown composed for the original Broadway production. That aside, this production was pretty close to perfect. The cast, staging, imagery, and subtle historical details all came together for an incredibly powerful performance. Being a long-time fan of the show, I have to mention that Ben Dibble's performance as Leo Frank was electrifying and the best I have seen.
