How was your experience?
This was my second bad experience as a Goldstar customer. After my first, I joined the RED VELVET club and found things were looking up. This particular experience began badly starting out with the seating. The last row consisted of 3 seats, of course since I was alone, one seat belonged to me. I missed most of the first act because the sound system was horrible and everything sounded muffled. I was sitting right next to the person that controlled the lighting on stage and during intermission, I complained that I missed most of the dialogue because I couldn't hear. He advised me and several other people in the audience complaining, that we should go upstairs and get a HEARING DEVICE. Obviously the theatre was aware there was a problem with sound so wouldn't you think they would make an announcement before the show begin that you might need a HEARING DEVICE???? Then the line of people waiting for this DEVICE was almost as long as the bathroom line!!! Once I had the device (which you had to keep clicking and holding your head a certain way in order to hear) I was able to hear the dialogue. I'm just soooo angry because I missed most of the dialogue in the first act!!! I hope I never have to go through anything like this again and will try to avoid this theatre in the future.
