How was your experience?
Lines, lines and more lines. I realize that this place is relatively new, but the lack of organization and ability to promptly get served is a big negative. I understand a line to get in, but to wait in line to buy tickets to be later exchanged for drinks (tickets were $2.00 each. You needed 2 tickets for a 10 or 12oz beer, 3 tickets for a mixed well drink, I believe 4 for a glass of wine.) was a bit much. To top that off you then had to cross the venue to stand in another line to order drinks. They only had two people serving from behind two tables. They could have easily had 5 bartenders to serve the crowd. They ran out of beer and who knows what else. The restrooms were inadequate to serve the crowd, and they brought in 3 Honeybuckets to serve the customers. The concept was interesting, but with limited seating, and not being able to see the show because you were standing in a line as well as the above limitations, I will not return. A number of people I spoke with made the same comment. To survive, make changes to the above and change to venue so customers can see. It needs arena type seating so customers can enjoy the show... ,
