How was your experience?
First 45 minutes were deadly dull, however, it sets the pace for the last half of which includes meditation, more like self-hypnosis. It was clever, before you saw it coming you were in trance-like state. His voice was perfect and his meditation introduction to people was right on target, un-modulated and very well-paced for meditation. I did like that he did not discuss weight loss (despite his new book) as he mentioned that has been done to death, but emphasized the importance of meditation.
