How was your experience?
The concert was amazing. The seats I purchased on goldstar.com were TERRIBLE. The offer on the site included several sections in the upmost part of the Honda Center. I was not given a choice of seats, so I knew I was taking my chances. However... The seats I received were in the 2nd to last row (meaning the 2nd to HIGHEST row in the arena) and were the furthest to the side of ANY tickets sold that night (meaning we were basically in the absolute worst seats that were sold for the concert that night). The majority of the goldstar.com weren't even sold for the performance and were sitting empty. Sarah Brightman's audience appeared to be about one-third full. The concert was fantastic. The seats you sold me were awful. A suggestion. Distribute the best of your available seats to the people who buy tickets first. We ended up moving when the ENTIRE SECTION stood up and moved to the end of the arena to watch the show from a better vantage point. I am assuming these were all goldstar.com customers. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I probably won't buy tickets on goldstar.com again.
