How was your experience?
First thing that was not good was the where I had to sit. It was in the very top row far to the left of the stage. There was equipment that was hanging down in front of the stage that completely blocked Sara when she did her first number. There were hundreds of empty seats throughout the center. I don't understand why you offer $85 seats at discount, only to sit in the nosebleed seats. Almost everyone sitting in the section I was in said Goldstar is famous for sitting people in bad seats. After the performance began there was a mass movement of all the people sitting in the area I was in to the empty rows several sections over. I was also disgusted at how rude people were. There were people there talking during the performance for long periods of time. The cell phones that were being used everywhere was very distracting. I know some of the issues that made the event unpleasant for me is not in you your control. Doubt I'll be going to any more events at the Pond in the future.
