How was your experience?
My handicapped accessable seat was essentially in a walkway in the farthest area from the stage. There was always someone walking back and forth during the entire first act. Ushers were talking, shining flash lites and their shadows projected on the ceiling where I sat. I finally had to ask an usher to stop talking. Needless to say it was an awful experience. I spoke with a supervisor and was told there are much better handicapped accessable seats available. At that point my evening was ruined. Ed Ryan spoke with me. I was referred to Eric Larson 602.379.2802. I called him and left a message. Ed Ryan said what do you expect with a ticket from Goldstar! I never left a play at intermission until last nite. Please investigate and get back to me. Peter J. Delenick, M.D.
