How was your experience?
The location was easily accessible, friendly staff at the ticket booth and clean bathrooms. The set was well done and set the time period. The stadium seating offered a good view from any seat. The actors/actresses were believable and their costumes supported their characters well. However, the seats were not comfortable and steps were shaky. The biggest disappointment of the evening was the play itself. We spent the whole time wondering if the producer, director and actors didn't realize that the play was no good before it hit the stage. The storyline was just plain boring; the writer used countless lines to poke fun at himself that grew monotonous. I was ready to leave before intermission. While I may attend another play at Cox Building Playhouse, I will not waste my time on another production by Ed Sala.
