How was your experience?
The Play A TIME TO KILL was actually pretty good. Usually with the exception of one other time, I've had good seats when attending events since I became a Red Velvet member. I was seated in the highest part of the last balcony about seven seats from the very top of the theatre. I wish I had binoculars with me then maybe I could've seen facial expressions of the actors when the audience would laugh, (which obviously I couldn't). I was very disappointed and hopefully I won't have to go through this again with Goldstar. Apparently they can't do anything to help me according to them because they have no control where we're seated!!!!! The last event I attended (A TRIP TO BOUNTIFUL) the sound system in the area I was seated in wasn't working. Upon complaining during intermission everyone seated in that area were informed we would have to go downstairs and get a HEARING DEVICE. NOW, WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL US THAT BEFORE THE SHOW STARTED???? WTFH!!!!! So we heard only mumbling the entire first act!!! Hope you have better luck than I with my last TWO events!!!!
