How was your experience?
This is an enjoyable holiday event. I did not feel like I was attending a children's event. (Not that that is not fun too.) We did not attend this with children; if you do bring a child, remember they need an attention span to listen to the story. The players voices were quite good and they got the audience involved with the characters and time period before the show even started. I liked that they did not go overboard by creating a secondary storyline (to A Christmas Carol), instead they focused on presenting great characters and singing. The theater itself is a bit nostalgic and will take you back in time. All seats views appear to be great, as the pitch to the seating provides for a stage view instead of the back of someone's head. Not that seeing is all important, it's RADIO, so you can close your eyes and LISTEN. I would strongly recommend going early to stroll around. It was very festive atmosphere with bands playing in multiple areas. If you plan to eat, I recommend that you eat early, make a reservation, or understand there may be a wait. Overall, a very nice time.
