How was your experience?
I'll start with the seating. At first I was thinking "man this red velvet stuff really payed off! We're all the way up in row W!" After we got our seats nice and warm, some other people came up that had the exact same tickets as us and we had to sort it out with an usher. It was revealed that we were actually in row VV. That's 4 rows from the back. It was a real bummer moving back that far after thinking we had scored on such great seats! I give the show a B+. The woman who played Rafiki was phenomenal! The sound could have been a little louder. For every thing that was superb, there was something a little off. The man who played Simba had a beautiful voice, but the choir was very out of tune in the second act (which is weird because I was almost positive they were prerecorded in the first act; that's how on it they were). The theater gives you plenty of warning to take your seats and the show starts on time. Getting the tickets from will call was completely no hassle. Just show them your ID and literally 5 seconds later, you have your tickets in your hand.
