How was your experience?
While worthy and sincere- I personally found it be un-enjoyable. It was clearly enjoyed by the children in the audience. This should be noted as the "target group" for this effort. If the goal of this work is to reach a broader audience- a fair amount of work on the script would be a good idea. (As an aside- there is a brief period within this play- in which a rather bright light is shown into the ungaurded eyes of several sections of the audience. It is both unpleasant- and unnecessary. My guess is that if the cast were to be subjected to this- they would understand why this should be re-thought.)
