How was your experience?
I am 25 and I took my younger sister. The audience members were generally older, and the beginning of the show reflected this in the material that was being presented on stage. However, after the first 10 minutes, the story took off and Brian Copeland's work transcended age, race, and generation (I'm not a parent, but I could relate to his relationship with his son). Some of his character voices were very unappealing - nasally and high pitched - but they were general distinguishable and entertaining, and the deeper tones added real depth to his range. The Scion is a very cohesive show and I recommend it to anyone, even the friends who wouldn't normally accept suggestions for live performances.
