How was your experience?
have seen several comedians here from Tracey Morgan, Bruce Bruce, John Witherspoon, D.L. Hughley to Teddy Carpenter this past Friday...this will be my last. Sat down and the waitress did not take our mandatory two drink minimum order until after the show started because she said that she did not see us due to another couple sitting there and moving...ordered the crabby dogs and the chesapeake wings and the bread was cold and hard. The waitress sat our drinks on the table and due to the table being wobbly, my alcoholic drink which looked like it was made with rail liquor, spilled all over the table, the menu, myself, and my fiance's cellphone. My fiance instantly flagged down a nearby waiter whom wiped the table and gave me some paper towels to dry off my jeans...seeing as they were jeans, I did not stress it too much. The waiter then had the waitress bring me another drink and she apologized. Since the valet closes at 12:30 am and he show let out at 12:15, we hurried to retrieve our new suv. When we arrived home, my fiance noticed some water inside his cellphone and we placed it into a bowl of rice to dry it out....well the rice worked, but the screen on the phone did not....took it to the store to see if it could be fixed and it was a loss...called the comedy factory and the manager chip was not in...when I called back he blamed me and stated" How do I know that you did not do that yourself?" Told me that I could have dropped it into the toilet, that I should have asked to speak to a manager when the drink spilled, and what was the name of the waitress...despite having my credit card receipt on file, my listing everything that was written on the receipt including our table number, he told me that he did not know who my waitress was and no one stated that they spilled a drink. So Teddy Carpenter was funny but not $186 (price of new phone) and $37.50 for the tickets plus $45 for the food funny. Chip then rushed me off the phone saying that he would call me back and of course that did not happen...so CHIP you have lost a loyal customer in me and I will NEVER visit this establishment again and I will tell everyone that I know of your poor customer service.
