How was your experience?
Robert Irvine is truly a very nice person. The show was fun packed with excitement. He is very involved with the organization called USO-Metro celebrating military families. He has fed thousands of men and woman in the service all over the world. I was so honored to hear about the work he and Gary Sinise (CSI NY) who was in the audience contributed to that organization. The show had Robert running around and doing special cooking challengers given to him by the audience and a special wheel he had that you had to spin and do whatever challenge the wheel stopped on. In an attempt not to give away the experience I highly recommend going to his show very enjoyable. He is a very kind man all the proceeds of his books and other items he had on sale after cost is take out goes to the USO Metro organization. The audience had the opportunity to meet with him after the show and he would take a complimentary picture and sign a book if you bought it. He is a real person his fame has not tampered with his kindness to many including his fans. On another note the seats we had were up in no mans land.. So I had to purchase 2 new tickets at regular price as all we could see up there was a screen like watching him on TV. So these tickets cost me a small fortune as if I new the seats were this far up I would have purchase tickets straight from the ticket box at the event. We were fortunate they still had tickets for us to purchase but I couldn't use these ticket I purchased with Goldstar for an upgrade as they would not honor upgrades from tickets purchased through Goldstar so we paid full price. So either be prepared and bring binoculars or check with the actual Center Mr. Irvine will be appearing at next time to see where the seats are . I was hoping being a Red Velvet member the seats would be better as many events I have gone to with Goldstar the tickets were pretty good and I have been happy with sadly this wasn't one of them.
