How was your experience?
Great production of a show that has been done to death lately -- so I was pleasantly surprised. Really wonderful performances, although, quite honestly, Ace Young's voice isn't quite up to the same standards as Bill Hutton's original Joseph, or many of the other Josephs I have seen in previous productions. He's a decent enough actor in the role -- but his voice, ironically, just wasn't as powerful as it should have been in numbers like "Close Every Door to Me." Diana Degarmo was excellent as the narrator -- actually making the often thankless role much more engaging than usual. And the brothers did a knockout job -- especially in "Those Canaan Days," the second act number that stops the show. Overall a great production!
