How was your experience?
This was a very enjoyable preview. Some of the actors were a little stuttery with their lines, which can be forgiven for a preview, but all-in-all, did a fine job. The challenge with a single set where the changes of scenes is accomplished by dimming the lights led to the audience clapping at inappropriate times, thinking the intermission was neigh! It was rather awkward. Before the show started, I complained to the ticket taker man in the front about a very bright over-head light behind the stage that shown right in the audience's eyes and he immediately went back stage and turned it off to the relief of us all! The show dealt with very current issues of poverty, fidelity, and forgiveness, even 'though the action took place right after the Vietnam War.
