Sublime with Rome
Sublime's reggae-inflected ska punk hits such as "What I Got," "Wrong Way" and "Santeria" sound as fresh and breezy today as they did in the '90s, when the band rose to prominence. Though original frontman Brad Nowell died tragically in 1996, the remaining members eventually forged on with new frontman Rome Ramirez, mixing the band's fan favorites with new tracks. Dubbed Sublime with Rome, the refigured outfit saw its debut album, Yours Truly, break into the top 10 on the Billboard album charts in 2011. They'll release a much-anticipated follow-up this summer, embarking on a coast-to-coast supporting tour with reggae rock acts Rebelution and Pepper, as well as the glam rap star Mickey Avalon.
