I used ParkWhiz and reserved a spot a couple blocks away. It was $20 on a Sunday afternoon. Worked out great.

We dined at Maggiano's. It is best to eat before the show as there is no intermission. They do serve drinks & snacks before the show.

i would eat either before or after the show. there are some great restraunts in walking distance. we just went for pub fare like burgers but there are great italian and other places close by

After the show we ate at Rock Botttom, a brewery that is right across the street near the parking garage. Great beers and food.
We went to Maggianos for dinner, great old style Italian. Family style or ala carte (family style is time consuming so plan accordingly). Right around corner within walking distance to Charles Playhouse.
If you don't want to get wet, don't buy tickets in the first rows
