Had dinner at the Matador just up the street on Harbor. It is within walking distance. Great creative cooking. Not the typical Mexican place.

The weather was warm, but the theatre was cool.. I wore jeans and sandals, my husband wore shorts and flip flops.

Many local restraurents near by. Heroe's bar & grill though very noisy(a sports bar) has excellent prime rib & service. There's also other good restaurants near by.
Excellent venue for community theatre. Can't get a bad seat and they serve beer and wine. The play was very entertaining and so we're the patrons enjoying it.
the audience surrounds 3/4ths of the "stage" so there are no bad seats in this intimate theater.
A bit hard to find, located on the back end of the building.
There is a bar inside, with alcohol and snacks. But eat before coming if you want a meal.

All Seats were good but I recommend getting there early for the best seats.
To facilitate parking, get there 1/2 hr early at least. The bar inside sells wine, beer, water and soft drinks. The chairs are comfortable and you're likely to meet a very friendly crowd.
