Located on the campus of Vanguard University in Costa Mesa the Lyceum Theater serves as host to the Theatre Arts Department's major productions each semester. The 200-seat, three quarter thrust stage is also used for classes and student productions as needed. The department's offices are also located here, along with ample areas for set construction.

The Lyceum Theater is at the rear of the Vanguard University campus. Drive south on Newport Boulevard past Fair Drive and turn right at the third driveway opening. The Lyceum Theater is toward the far right end of the parking lot. Parking is free.
