Avalon Hollywood, formerly known as The Palace is the premiere nightlife destination north of Hollywood and Vine.

The legendary Hollywood Palace, the regal, 76-year-old theater and club that for decades hosted the biggest names in music. Bing Crosby, Judy Garland and Louis Armstrong graced its stage in the '50s, followed by The Clash, Duran Duran, Prince and Nirvana the '70s, '80s and '90s. Those are tough acts to follow. The Hollywood Avalon continues the legend. you can still enjoy some of the legacy of the old Palace. The Avalon took pains to restore the Spanish Revival architecture that defined the exterior facade of the old building. Beyond Avalon Hollywood's refurbished double doors, the entertainment complex features a large main dance floor with two opposing bars and an exclusive upstairs lounge and intimate dance area known as the Spider Club. The events calendar features regular dance club events along with plenty of touring music acts on the state-of-the-art stage.
