We parked at the L.A. Zoo lot and took the Hollywood Bowl shuttle. It was fast, safe and easy. Although, the shuttles don't return until after the performance has ended.

It got chilly at night so I'm glad I took a jacket. We took the Metro, showed our TAP cards at the shuttle station on Cahuenga, and rode their for free. We didn't have to worry about traffic or parking!
