The Meta Theatre has 49 antique theatre seats, with a full lighting grid and state of the art sound. Thatched beams and subtle art deco detail add a regal feel to this charming blackbox. Located on Melrose Avenue, the theatre is very close to some of the best restaurants in Los Angeles, includign 8 oz. Burger Bar, Maison Richard, Vinoteque and The Foundry. The building is two stories with plays taking place upstairs and acting classes downstairs. The theatre is an intimate room with a ground-level stage.

From the Valley:
Take Laurel Canyon until it turns into Crescent Heights. Continue on Crescent Heights approximately 2 miles. Take a Left on Melrose to Fairfax. The theatre is on the left 2 blocks east of Fairfax on the corner of Melrose/Ogden St.

From the 405:
