This rarely-performed play is one of Chayefsky's most imaginative works, and is directed by multi-Emmy-Award-winning director Gene Reynolds (M*A*S*H, Lou Grant). Set on Long Island, The Tenth Man humorously and touchingly tells the story of an effort by a group of elderly Orthodox Jews to save a girl whose body maybe possessed of a demon, or "dybbuk." The Skylight Theatre is located next to Skylight Books in the Los Feliz area on Vermont Avenue, just south of Franklin Avenue. The theater is 3 1/2 blocks north of the Sunset/Vermont Metro station.
